With clear guidance on the ongoing Covid 19 situation, sadly we have had to make the decision to postpone all our meetings in both Dumfries and Newton Stewart until further notice, but plan to review the situation regularly.
Clearly with a reasonable proportion of our Buddies and attendees being in the specified ‘at risk’ categories, we must not expose anyone to the possibility of infection, so this for now, is the only sensible option.
Meantime our five telephone helplines will remain operative and you can call any one of these to speak to a Buddy who will talk through your concerns.
We still have your well being at heart, so please call if you need to talk.
The numbers are: 07856 899411, 412, 413, 414 and 407.

Thank you in advance for any donation you feel you can afford – good luck guys.
31ST MAY – 6TH JUNE Ian Braid & Mark Hunt will attempt to cycle 1000 miles in 7 days.
Starting and finishing at the Southerness Lighthouse they will cycle a 150 mile loop every day. They are raising funds for Alzheimer Scotland and ourselves.
Please support the guys on their route, they will be out training in all weathers, so look out for the two brave souls on bikes – and give them space as you pass them on the road – thank you.
